Skillet Enchiladas

  • 1 pouch Tres Latin Foods Red or Green Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 corn tortillas (cut into pieces)
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • Cilantro and guacamole (for garnish)


  1. Add oil to a large skillet, bring up to medium-high heat
  2. Completely cook 1 lb ground beef
  3. Add pouch contents and corn tortilla pieces
  4. Reduce heat, stir, and then simmer for 3 minutes
  5. Top with 2 cups grated cheese
  6. Once the cheese is melted, serve with guacamole and other favorite toppings
  7. About 4 servings
