Pupusa Tacos


  • 12 small flour tortillas
  • Mexican crema
  • Tres Latin Foods Red Enchilada Skillet Sauce
  • 1 can black beans, warmed
  • 1 can corn, fire roasted
  • 3 avocados, sliced
  • 1 bag Tres Latin Foods Mini Pupusas (any variety), cooked
  • Cilantro, for garnish.


  1. Warm tortillas in oven or microwave.
  2. Meanwhile, mix small amount of Mexican crema with Red Enchilada sauce to taste.
  3. Stuff warmed tortillas with beans, corn and avocado. Top with Mini Pupusas and enchilada crema.
  4. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
