Mexican Chocolate Fudge


  • 3 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne powder


  1. Line an 8” square pan with parchment paper.
  2. On medium low heat while stirring constantly, heat chocolate and condensed milk until fully combined.
  3. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon and cayenne. Then immediately pour into prepared pan.
  4. Set in fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
