Creamy Cilantro Sauce

This versatile sauce acts as a topping, dressing or even as a dip.  Pair up with your favorite veggies for a refreshing kick that just so happens to be vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • ½ jar Tres Latin Foods Salsa of choice
  • 1 full bunch of cilantro (washed)
  • Pinch of arrowroot powder (if you like your sauce thicker-this is optional)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Use a blender to blend all ingredients until smooth
  2. Serve chilled on top of salads, tacos, and more
  3. Makes about 4 cups sauce
