Classic Rolled Enchiladas

Classic Rolled Enchiladas

This classic dish can easily become a household favorite.  Serve warm and get creative with those toppings.


  • 1 pouch Tres Latin Foods Red Enchilada Skillet Sauce
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup of onion, diced
  • 8-10 Corn tortillas


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. Sauté onions for 1-2 minutes and add the ground beef to the pan
  3. Cook the ground beef thoroughly with some salt and pepper and set aside
  4. Coat the bottom of a glass baking dish (9 x 13) with 3 tablespoons of Tres Latin Foods Red Enchilada Sauce
  5. Using a corn tortilla add some beef, onion and grated cheese and roll
  6. Place in the glass baking dish and repeat until all tortillas are used and the pan is full
  7. Top with the remaining enchilada sauce and cheese
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes
  9. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes
  10. Serve warm and top with sour cream and cilantro
  11. Makes 6 medium sized enchiladas
