COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

OVEN OR TOASTER OVEN
  1. Preheat to 400°F
  2. Spray or brush both sides of pupusa with non stick oil
  3. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown with an internal temperature of 165°F
  4. Enjoy!
STOVETOP
  1. Remove portion desired from package
  2. Add 1 tsp of oil per pupusa in skillet over medium high heat
  3. Cook for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown with an internal temperature of 165°F
