10 Minute Meal:
Make classic rolled enchiladas or try this super-fast 10-minute skillet meal!
Serves 4
  1. Add oil to large skillet, bring up to medium-high heat. Completely cook 1lb ground beef (or other protein).
  2. Add pouch contents and 6-8 corn tortillas cut into pieces. Reduce heat, stir, and simmer for 3 minutes.
