COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

OVEN OR TOASTER OVEN
  1. Preheat to 400°F
  2. Spray or brush both sides of pupusa with non stick oil
  3. Cook for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown with an internal temperature of 165°F. Be careful not to overcook to avoid filling spilling out.
  4. Enjoy!
STOVETOP
  1. Remove portion desired from package
  2. Add 1/2 tsp of oil per pupusa in skillet over medium high
  3. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown with an internal temperature of 165°F. No longer than 8
