Add 1/2 tsp of oil per pupusa in skillet over medium high heat

Cook for 2 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown with an internal temperature of 165°F, no longer than 8 minutes.

Oven or Toaster Oven

Preheat to 400°F

Spray or brush both sides of pupusa with non stick oil

Cook for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown with an internal temperature of 165°F. Be careful not to overcook to avoid filling spilling out.
